Key Holder Correspondence
In order for us to prepare for the PSG 2023-24 running year which begins May 1st and runs until April 30th 2024 the following correspondence has been sent to the email address the key holder has provided:
March 7th – All 2022-23 key holders were emailed the Contact Update form https://psglondon.uk/2023cu with a request that they are to be completed and returned by March 28th to allow us enough time to prepare invoices.
March 9th – All key holders were informed of the 2023-24 fees which we also posted to our website.
March 21st – Invoicing began to key holders and new key holder requests.
March 22 – The first reminder was sent to those who have not yet completed and returned the Contact Update form by March 28th.
March 28 – A second reminder was sent to those who have not yet completed and returned the Contact Update form.
April 18th – Payment/Agreement reminder emailed to those who have not made payment to date.
Keys will be prepared for those who have remitted payment and agreement. The key exchange is May 1st (on or around). Please kindly remit your payment by April 25th to allow us to have a key ready for you to collect on or around May 1st – more details to follow. If however there is an issue with payment by such date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you haven’t done so yet please complete the Contact Update form https://psglondon.uk/2023cu so that we can invoice you in preparation for the new garden running year. Invoices will be issued shortly after receipt of your form please check your spam or junk folders if you have not received.
