Terms and Conditions

Members of Prince’s Square Gardens are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions.  A link to this page is on the membership invoice.

I understand and abide:

  • Prince's Square Gardens is private property and that the key issued to me may not be used by any other person(s) than stated on my application. As a privately owned property access/keys are provided solely at the shareholders’/committee’s discretion. Membership may be terminated at any time.
  • The actions of any member of my household using the gardens are my responsibility whether I am personally in the gardens or not. These gardens are for registered members only. I will contact the committee at least 24 hours in advance to request permission to bring in a guest. An authorised visit is one which has been confirmed and scheduled by PSG's Committee. Visits are limited and I may be charged additional fees.
  • April 15th is the due date for membership renewals. My membership will be deemed lapsed should I not renew membership with signed agreement and payment by May 1st. New and increased membership fees (£700 inclusive of key deposit, joining fee and annual fee) will be applied thereafter. Membership renewals made between April 15th and May 1st will incur a late fee of £25.
  • My membership may be terminated, key repossessed and key deposit forfeited if any member of my household breaches the Membership Agreement. I may also be held responsible for any damages.
  • Request for refund of garden key deposit should be made within one month of departure, beyond this period it will be forfeit. No refunds will be issued beyond June 15th for non renewing members who have not previously informed the committee of their departure.
  • My signature confirms that I have read and understand the information above and have made my household aware of the rules, terms & conditions. (Rules and T&Cs subject to change without notice).
