- South: Bayswater Road between Queensway and Ossington Street
- East: Not beyond Queensway.
- West: Pembridge Villas up to the junction of Pembridge Square
What you should know about becoming a key holder:
- Becoming a key holder, grounds access, and keys are managed exclusively by PSG.
- Keys are non-transferrable. You must have an issued key to enter the Gardens through either the east or west gates.
- Successful applicants who have received the key holder agreement and invoice will be offered 10 business days to sign the agreement and remit payment. In the event that this date has passed, neither the agreement has been signed nor payment received, the application may be refused.
- Key Holders must follow the Rules, Terms & Conditions, and reside in the catchment area in order to maintain status.
- Tenants and occupants must contact us directly. Agency and Management queries will be ignored.
